Very pleased and agree with other reviews. To add, compared to other dentists we have been to, there is no upselling of products or procedures (e.g., deep cleaning). This also seems to be one of the most efficient places I have been to. I was finished in under 30 minutes for my last cleaning from my appointment time.

I have been to multiple dentists here in US from last 18 years. Dr . Baddam is the best with professionalism, easy appointments schedule and most important best service and caring. Now I started taking my kids as well from last year.Family Dentist for us.Thank you

Great service from start to finish. Scheduling appointment was easy. The front desk person was so nice. Verified my insurance very quickly. I was able to get my teeth cleaned by a very kind and knowledgeable Ashley- Hygienist the dentist checked on me throughout the process. Very kind and knowledgeable. I will be getting 4 crowns in January. By Dr. Baddam. Can’t wait. This is a hidden GEM. CHECK IT OUT ASAP. If you love good service. 💕🙏🙌✅ 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

I love the Amazing welcoming of every single staff in this practice. My husband and I have been going to the two locations and they are all so nice to us. They educated us about everything that we need to achieve our smile.. The dentist is amazing and Alma is always helping us with getting us great payment plans and more for our money.. we love coming to our dentist apointment just because of how well they take care of our needs and how well they work together as a team..

I googled them because tooth # 31, 32 was giving pain, they had Great customer service, they’re very patient and detailed . This was my first time here and I plan on returning for all my treatment needs

So glad we found this practice. The office is clean and organized. The office mgr Alma is friendly and helpful. Had our insurance sorted before we got there. Ashley the hygienist did a thorough job and was also pleasant. Dr Baddam listened carefully and addressed concerns thoroughly. I recommend the practice and will be continuing care there.

Highly Recommend this Practice !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After a Previous tooth extraction and an implant gone wrong and now adding an auto immune disease to the mix I was feeling very nervous about making dentist appointments I am glad I made an appointment at Smile and Shine Dental as this practice was suggested by my friends who knew my medical /dental history . Dr Srujana Reddy confirmed that I needed another tooth extraction . But she was very reassuring and made me feel relaxed . She reached out to my Medical Dr to get the necessary information before she started the procedure. The front desk gave me a heads up regarding the payments I would be responsible for. I braced myself for the Pain that would follow, but couldn’t believe a tooth extraction could actually be as easy and painless as the one I had with her . Even after I walked out of the clinic I was thinking the pain would hit me after the anesthesia wears down but I hardly felt the pain. Just couldn’t believe the experienced hands I was with finally. Not changing my Dentist . I go where she goes .
